These rates are not specific to BankSouth Mortgage but are provided to give a general idea of where rates are nationally for different loan types. This information is calculated from actual locked rates with customers across 35% of all mortgage transactions nationwide.

No adjustments to the rates that account for buy-up or buy-down decisions made by individuals are performed. These indices leverage data from Optimal Blue PPE lock requests (approximately 35% of all locks nationwide) aggregated daily and updated nightly with the previous day’s locks. Andrea and her team at bank south were AWESOME … communicating every step of the way along a long and cumbersome process with some very unique challenges. She was our go to for accurate and true updates regarding these challenges, and kept us as informed as possible. I would recommend her to ANYONE! Thank you Andrea!!! No, our home didn’t close on time… but if it weren’t for Andrea sticking with us and helping above and beyond what she was required to do … it wouldn’t have closed at all! THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES Andrea!!! We love our new hone … and you got us through it all.

Andrea is truly the best! She has an answer for every question, and if not she will get it. She is there when you need her through a very difficult process that seemed so much easier with her! I would have been truly lost without her guidance in the process!

Andrea is the best in the business! We were ready to give up, after being denied by our personal bank. There was so much we didn't know about obtaining a mortgage. Andrea and her staff stuck with us, and gave us information, and guided us through everything that we needed to do. It was unbelievable easy with Evolve Bank and Trust. The day we received the email saying approved, we actually called the office to verify that we were reading the email correctly. After what we had been through with another lender, we really didn't think this was possible, but it was true! We were going to be 1st time home owners all thanks to the knowledge and expertise of Andrea and her staff at Evolve, and we were even getting a better interest rate than the bank had offered.... We were also able to close on our house a week sooner than expected. We cannot say enough good things about Andrea. About 2 months after we closed on our house, we referred Andrea and Evolve to a family friend who was starting the home buying process. And again, Andrea got the deal done! She knows this business forwards and backwards and could do this in her sleep. We had a dream and someone else turned it into a nightmare, and Andrea came along and made our dream come true! We are forever grateful that we had her on our team!

Andrea was awesome to work with. She was very quick to answer any and all of our questions in a timely manner. She work worked hard to help us stay within our budget. Andrea is also very personable and treats each client as if they're her top priority. I could not have asked for a better experience.

What a great experience my home loan process was. Andrea took the time to explain everything in detail and went above and beyond anything I expected. She got the job done . I almost cried at closing ...A five year process for me to bounce back from bankruptcy. Andrea ..My heart of gratitude us beyond words. Thank you so much for all your hard work....what a dedicated and dependle team....love you guys ...!!!! September 16th is truly the day I got my life back.....
